How much notice is required before moving out?

Please let us know as soon as you have a move-out date. We appreciate at least 7 days’ notice when possible so we can provide move-out instructions and help close out your account properly.

What do I need to do when moving out?

Please let us know as soon as you have a move-out date. If advance notice is provided, we’ll send a scheduled move-out email and text with instructions. Once your unit is empty and clean, leave the door closed and unlocked, then let us know you’re finished by using the link in the email or by calling, texting, or emailing us. After we verify the unit, we’ll close out your account and send a confirmation email.

How much does a storage unit cost?

Pricing varies based on unit size, type, and availability. Current rates and promotions are displayed online during the rental process.

Do you offer move-in specials or promotions?

Yes. We regularly offer move-in specials on select units, often including 50% off for a promotional period. Promotions vary by unit size and availability, so check current unit listings for today’s offers.

Do storage unit prices increase over time?

Rental rates are locked for at least 365 days from move-in, providing predictable pricing without surprise increases during that period.

When are payments due?

Payments are due on the first day of each month. When you move in, your first month’s rent is prorated based on your move-in date, so you only pay for the days you actually use.

Is auto-pay required?

Yes. To keep billing simple and avoid missed payments, auto-pay is required for all rentals. You can use a credit card, debit card, or ACH payment, and rent is charged automatically on the 1st of each month.

Why am I charged for the second month at move-in if I rent after the 15th?

Your first month is prorated at move-in. If you move in after the 15th, the full second month’s rent is also collected at move-in so your account is current for the next billing cycle.

Are there late fees?

Yes. If payment is not received by the 4th day of the month, a $20 late fee is applied on the 5th day. Continued non-payment may result in restricted access or additional fees.

Do I need insurance for the contents of my unit?

Yes. Insurance is required for all stored items. You may either purchase insurance through us or provide proof of your own renter’s or homeowner’s insurance.

Are stored vehicles required to be insured?

Yes. All stored vehicles must maintain active vehicle insurance at all times while stored at our facility.

What is the administrative fee for?

The administrative fee helps cover account setup, documentation, and processing associated with your rental. This fee also covers the lock that is included with your unit.

What is your refund policy?

Move out by the 15th and receive a prorated rent refund once your unit is empty, clean, and ready to re-rent. No rent refunds are issued for move-outs after the 15th. Refunds apply to monthly rent only; fees, insurance, locks, merchandise, late fees, and other charges are non-refundable.
