No! A high-security combination lock is included and pre-installed on every storage unit for your convenience. Once your rental is complete and your lease is signed, you’ll receive the unique combination for your lock. There’s no need to bring your own — your unit is ready to go when you are. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to use your own lock instead.

Yes! If you find yourself in need of more —or less—space, our team can help you find a better unit for your needs. When you trust our self storage company, you’re not locked into any long-term contracts so you can change units at any time, depending on our current availability.

Yes, you can conveniently reserve a unit online, over the phone, or in person for free! Tell us when you’d like to move in, and once that date is confirmed, we will hold that exact unit for you.

Yes, all tenants are required to have insurance for their belongings. For your convenience, we offer insurance with different options that you can purchase. Alternatively, you can provide proof of your own insurance when you move in!

Yes, we offer business storage, moving storage, and vehicle storage solutions at every location! Our storage units are equipped to store just about anything you need.

You, your selected family, and any business associates can access your unit with our secure keypad entry using a personal security code. Individual units are protected by a lock that is only accessible by the customer. Only contacts you authorize will be able to access your unit.

Rent your unit for as long (or short) as you need! We offer month-to-month leases and bill in one-month increments. Our goal is to make your storage experience as simple and easy as possible.

A storage unit’s cost depends on the size and features of the unit. The larger the unit, and the more features you require, the price is likely to change. We recommend reviewing your storage requirements and comparing unit sizes to find something that fits your budget and your belongings.

Please give at least 7 day notice before moving out of a unit.

We offer our customers a variety of storage units. Our units range from indoor climate-controlled storage, drive-up climate controlled storage, and non-climate controlled drive-up storage.

Payments are due on the first day of each month. When you move in, your first month’s rent is prorated based on your move-in date, so you only pay for the days you actually use.

Finding the right storage unit depends on the number of possessions you plan on storing at our facility. The more items you have, the more space you'll need. At our facility, you can find a variety of storage unit sizes to fit your specific needs. You can choose from small locker-sized units to larger spaces perfect for business inventory. It's important to know what you plan to store ahead of time so that you have an idea of the space needed to fit all your belongings comfortably. If you need help determining what size unit you need, our knowledgable staff can help you select a suitable self storage unit.

Our storage units range from 8-10 feet tall depending on the type and size of the unit.

The administrative fee is a one-time fee charged at time of rental that covers the setup of your unit and account in our systems. Through this account setup, you’ll be able to view your balance and make payments online! This fee also covers the lock that is included with your unit.
