Smart Self Storage Access Notice
Temporary Vehicle Access Closure
Vehicle access to the Smart Self Storage facility will be temporarily closed for driveway repairs.
OCTOBER 8th
No customer vehicles will be permitted to enter or drive through the facility during these two days.
What’s Happening
We are repairing a damaged section of the driveway near the entrance to the facility. The existing asphalt will be cut out and removed, and new concrete will be poured.
Day 2 is needed to allow the new concrete to cure before vehicle traffic can return.
Vehicle access is expected to reopen on October 9th, weather and concrete curing conditions permitting.
Need Access During the Closure?
- If possible, please plan to visit your unit before October 7th or after October 8th.
- If you do need access during the closure, please call or text Steve ahead of time so we can coordinate your visit.
- Steve plans to be on site approximately 7:00 AM–4:00 PM both days.
- Your storage unit will still be accessible on foot.
- Please park in the designated parking lot across Bavaria Road and follow the walking route shown below.
- Steve will have the golf cart available to assist once you are on the property.
